Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. OSIMT ships to most countries worldwide.
Available shipping options, costs, and destinations will be shown at checkout based on your location.
If a destination is not currently supported, it will be clearly indicated before payment.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During high-demand periods or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
If your order is affected, we will notify you by email.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping method selected.
As a general reference:
• Nearby regions: approximately 5–10 business days
• International destinations: approximately 10–25 business days
Please note that customs clearance, weather conditions, or local logistics may cause delays beyond our control.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear, especially for international shipments.
If tracking information seems inactive, it does not necessarily mean the package is lost.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address.
Once the order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error—time matters more than apologies.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact our support team with your order number.
We will investigate with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue.
While shipping is handled by third-party carriers, we do not disappear once your order leaves our hands.
Returns & Warranty

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
We believe in fairness—both to our customers and to the products we make.
How do I initiate a return?

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without confirmation, as unapproved returns may not be processed.
How long does a refund take?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
The refunded amount will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
What if the item is defective or damaged?
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos or videos so we can assess the issue quickly.
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or alternative solution depending on the situation.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you wish to exchange an item, contact us and we’ll guide you through the options available.
Sometimes a refund and re-order is the fastest and cleanest solution for everyone.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. OSIMT products come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

What payment methods do you accept?

OSIMT does not store your full payment details.
Your information is handled with the same care we expect when we shop online ourselves.
Why was my payment declined?

Do I need to pay import taxes or customs fees?

Yes. A receipt will be automatically sent to your email after your order is placed.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order as a guest.
Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders, manage addresses, and access your order history.
We value convenience, not commitment.
How do I reset my password?
