This Shipping Policy is issued by OSIMT Ltd., a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Company No. 78378083), with its registered office at Room A17, 29th Floor, Ning Jin Centre, 7 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong (“OSIMT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

01 — Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after order confirmation and successful payment authorization.

Processing time is separate from shipping time and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, inventory cycles, or production schedules.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

02 — Shipping Methods

We work with reliable international carriers, including but not limited to:

• DHL
• FedEx
• UPS
• USPS

The carrier used may vary depending on destination, package size, customs requirements, and logistics conditions.

03 — Estimated Shipping Time

• United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
• Europe: 8–18 business days
• Asia-Pacific: 6–15 business days
• Other Regions: 10–20 business days

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

04 — Shipping Delays

Shipping timelines may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Customs clearance procedures
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Government inspections or regulatory requirements
• Force majeure events

OSIMT is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

05 — Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Failure to pay required customs charges may result in delays, return, or destruction of the shipment. In such cases, shipping fees are non-refundable.

06 — Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, OSIMT is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit, except where required by applicable law.

07 — Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

OSIMT is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping costs arising from address errors, reshipments, or returned parcels may be charged to the customer.

08 — Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at support@osimt.com. We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation and provide a reasonable resolution where applicable.

09 — Restricted & Regulated Items

Certain products (including knives or food items) may be subject to import restrictions depending on your country’s regulations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with local laws and import regulations. OSIMT is not responsible for items seized, confiscated, restricted, or destroyed by customs authorities.

10 — Age Restriction & Legal Compliance

Certain products sold by OSIMT, including knives and cutting tools, may be subject to age restrictions depending on local law.

By placing an order for regulated products, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age required in your jurisdiction)
• You are legally permitted to purchase and possess such items
• The products will be used solely for lawful purposes

OSIMT reserves the right to request age verification, cancel orders, or refuse shipment where legal requirements are not met.

The customer bears sole responsibility for compliance with local laws regarding purchase, importation, and use.

11 — Product Use & Liability Disclaimer

OSIMT products, including knives and cutting tools, are intended for responsible and lawful use only.

Improper use, misuse, negligent handling, modification, or use for unintended purposes may result in injury or damage.

By purchasing and using OSIMT products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume full responsibility for safe handling and lawful use of the product
• You will keep products out of reach of children and unauthorized persons
• You understand that cutting tools are inherently sharp and require proper skill and caution

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OSIMT Ltd. shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or consequential harm arising from misuse, improper handling, negligence, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow safe usage practices.

Nothing in this policy limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
