To create this distinctive Chinese kitchen knife, we returned to the origin of the craft — Longshui, Chongqing. As the birthplace of Sichuan cuisine and one of China’s three renowned forging centers, Longshui carries over 1,200 years of bladesmithing history dating back to the Tang Dynasty.
